“Will helped us migrate from an in-house PBX to a very affordably priced server, which has turned out to be a more stable solution for us (ie. we are no longer vulnerable to power and ISP outages), and he personally performs whatever maintenance we require quickly. The transition was tricky, but he was able to transfer our existing setup/programming seamlessly and quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable, so we never worry that he will find a solution to even the trickiest of problems. Turnaround time is very good and he doesn't try to 'pad' his invoices to us. As we hold non-fixed hours during the Winter, Will answers our calls at all hours of the day. If not, he gets back to us quickly. No complaints.
