I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nagpal & the Wall Street Dental crew. From my very first appointment, I was welcomed in with open arms. Though nervous from past experiences at other dentists, I felt so comfortable and accepted. Every staff member is so kind, welcoming, and treats you like family. Dr. Nagpal is very compassionate. He listened to my concerns, let me fully explain my situation and thoughts, and made me feel like I mattered. Within minutes of our initial meeting, we came up with a treatment plan. After almost 13 years of disappointment at multiple other facilities - I was finally getting the dental help I wanted. Dr. Nagpal is the only dentist who has treated me like a human being, and actually *wanted* to help me, he didn’t just look at me as another customer. I cannot thank him enough for taking a chance on me and for giving me the smile I have dreamed of since I was a little girl. I’m no longer embarrassed to smile or laugh, no longer feel ashamed, and finally feel happy when I look in the mirror. I have a whole new outlook on life and thanks to Dr. Nagpal I’m ready to start actually living it - without my teeth holding me back. I recently moved back to the Capital Region and had to find a new dentist. I am so glad a friend recommended Wall Street Dental! Dr. Rajiv and Dr. Vijaya greatly improved my teeth and made the visits enjoyable. They are both fantastic, highly recommend!
