All staff were kind, patient during a long painful procedure. As with phlebotomists, some staff are so good with needles you don''t feel a thing; others, not so much. They kept at it until they saw no more cancer. Sorry this may have meant long wait for others to be seen.

I have experienced a very aggressive skin condition. It was itchy, unsightly, and uncomfortable in general. I was prescribed creams and salves, but they didn't work. Soon i was covered in this condition, which wore on my mental health. That is until I visited Raj at Upstate Dermatology. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are amazing. They are kind and helpful. Everyone makes me comfortable during my visits. After a few visits Raj realized that my condition couldn't be treated externally alone. My insurance didn't want to cover the medication that would help me, but the staff at Upstate, Dermatology got my insurance to cover the medication... read full review

I just came from having Mohs procedure and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Neal and the wonderful staff I am so very grateful for their expertise and care and dedication.. THANK YOU EVERYONE
