Dr. Hartman and his medical staff have been very good to my pets. I appreciate his knowledge and care of my four legged kids.
One cat has been having issues and we had to make an emergency visit there today and he was very kind.
This whole office was amazing. We were in the area visiting my mom when my ferret got sicker and needed to be put to sleep in less then 24 hours they had an appointment for us to come in even though we weren't an established client. When we got there all of the staff was amazing and caring make sure we were taken care of as well as our fur baby. I can't express in words how amazing this whole office was
I went to the vet yesterday with someone who went into the room with me and my cat.
Before when I went to the vet I thought they were a little bit too rough when the vet went to take blood from my cat.
My friend who went with me said after the office visit they did not have to be so aggressive with my cat when cutting his nails. They did not use a cat bag which I think would have helped a lot. The office smelled due to 3 cats sprayed in the waiting room a couple of days before I went for the visit.
