maytag set me up with the company they said they would call the night before...they did not the service came and he was good they needed 2 part said someone would call with an estimated time of part arrival that did not happen called maytag again the had the part...heard nothing from the A S called 2 weeks ago a couple of times 2nd time they gave me a date of today....they called at 7:55 and 7:58 the 2nd call gave me 10 to 15 minutes to respond i was in the shower..i called the 852-number at 8:04 called the 355-at 8:10 told too bad your too late in responding i was very mad and call them A holes not in the abbreviated form---this company can not be trusted i should not...read full review

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They attempted to repair an Electrolux range/cooktop only to cause more damage than originally existed while concurrently damaging the counter top and floor. Same scheduling problems as others complaints: overscheduling and no show. 5 months in and I have a non functioning appliance, damaged property and a lot of wasted time. Don't believe their lies.Service: Stove & cooktop repair

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They attempted to repair an Electrolux range/cooktop only to cause more damage than originally existed while concurrently damaging the counter top and floor. Same scheduling problems as others complaints: overscheduling and no show. 5 months in and I have a non functioning appliance, damaged property and a lot of wasted time. Don't believe their lies. They agreed on a full refund however they've doged my calls and lied about the check being in the mail and i have yet to receive the reimbursement.
