We used Doug several times over the years. We were always happy with the price and quality we received. The last time we used them however was different. We got a quote from Doug, which we accepted. When his guys did the work, they did not do everything per the quote. I paid them because we had to go to a funeral out of town. When we got back, I called Doug. He said we would be getting a $300 refund for the work that wasn't done and to expect the check in a week. Two months and two phone calls (messages, that were never returned) later; no check. Doug is one of the most stand up guys i know. He takes his business very seriously and is always willing to lend a helping hand. He came out just days before the holidays to make sure our chimney was safe for use for the holidays! Thanks again Doug
