My Name is Veronica I was seen 02-18-2025 at the Ophthalmic Consultants, I felt disrespected and not only that they refused to let me order glasses but they excepted the insurance for the exam . They were rude and disrespectful.In Schenectady NY.
Wow wow wow!!!! What a wonderful first appointment. Every staff member from check in to tech to doctor was kind and compassionate. You can tell this is a positive work place for the staff! It extends to the customer experience as well. The appointment time was very reasonable especially since I needed my eyes dilated. I will recommend this location to every and any one who is in need of eye care. I felt heard, understood, and respected. They handled a very busy morning with grace and patience. I had an emergency visit for a detached retena. I was introduced to Dr Rabady, who went above and beyond to take care of both of my eye's and kept me informed on my progress throughout all of my visits.
