“I went there as a referral last year due to “sinus” issues. Was treated professionally and in a timely fashion. Didn’t know I had to follow up, as other doctors took care of my problem. The office just called a couple of weeks ago to set up a “follow-up yearly visit”. Go Monday....we will see...“
