If I could give more than five stars, I would. We hired Mala Construction based on a recommendation from a friend who said that their crew was meticulous and thorough. Our house is not an easy one to paint. It has a full story 3rd floor attic with dormers and it is on a narrow city lot. It also has shakes, stucco, and trim to paint different colors. Adrian offered a price that was in between the highest and lowest prices we had received. He arrived the day he said he would. His crew worked steadily. They power washed the house, scraped where needed, primed, and then spray painted the stucco. (Stucco is on the first floor). They were delayed by the wet May weather but...read full review
I had 2 rooms and both ceilings done. What a great job these guys did. The wall repair, painting was quick and very well done. They were polite and very respectful of us and our home. Will definitely use them again.
These guys did a great job painting the exterior of my house. They also identified and replaced multiple spots where the wood was rotted and sealed everything to make sure the repairs last. It looks great now. They did such a good job. Adrian was super easy to work with.
I will likely need interior paint done. I will be calling this team when the time comes.
