Long Energy is always prompt and efficient. If the Tech is running early or late they notify you ASAP. Their techs are well trained and knowledgeable and always have support fom the office if they have questions. I can always depend on Long Energy to get here quickly and solve the problem no matter how long it takes!

When doing a Spring tune-up on our air conditioner, our service person noticed something wasn’t right. He investigated, identified the problem and ordered the part. He was back to fix it and it’s running smoothly during this summer’s heatwaves. Long Energy is a wonderful company. They are always there for problems during the year and annual tuneups for the air conditioning and furnace. They are friendly, knowledgeable and give you peace of mind that they will always be there. We have been a customer for 40 years! Highly recommend!

During my most recent AC tune-up, the technicians provided exceptional service. They explained everything that they were doing throughout the process and quickly diagnosed the issue with the unit. They also swapped out my air filter, cleared the drainage tube, scooped all the leaves and muck out of my unit, and cleaned it up for me.
