I stopped in needing a replacement nose piece for my sunglasses. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful—she mentioned that appointments are usually required but said she’d check. Within just a couple of minutes, she returned with two new nose pieces installed and said, “No charge. Have a great day!” Fabulous customer service! I highly recommend Consumer Optical for eyewear repairs, glasses, or contacts. 😎

Im always happy dealing with my eye exams and eyeglass needs with Consumer Optical . Very professional personnel from the receptionist,eye doctor and eye glass technicians. Have been their client for over 25 years. If your looking for great eye glasses this is the place.

Been coming here for years since I’m from Schenectady, now years later I’m living in Albany and still going back to Consumer Optical!! They have amazing customer service, designer brands and they always stand by their work. The are phenomenal people to do business with!!
