Eric and his team are the best in the area hands-down. We have been working with them for over 20 years on both residential and commercial jobs. They do excellent work. Their attention to detail is top-notch. They are a pleasure to work with. Very professional in all aspects. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the capital region looking for residential or commercial work.
Called Capital Region Roofing after discovering roof was leaking, also damaging sheetrock. Eric Montgomery answered after business hours, he told me he and his son would be at my home next morning 10 AM. They were. A new roof was installed about 1 week later, and they explained the work and materials used. They rerouted bathroom ventilation, installed new flashing around the chimney explaining what they did. The son repaired the sheetrock; it took several days but you'll never know there was a leak. Great people to work with, answered questions, explained work methods, excellent cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
