If I could rate BEX salon higher than 5 stars they would get a million. I have never felt more comfortable at a salon in my life. Anytime I come in I am greeted by name (which really makes me feel valued as a customer) by the affable owner herself,she is a ball of sunshine and bright smiles from the rest of the staff. I had an amazing consultation with the lovely Michael Douglas. He was attentive to my wants & needs while also being transparent about realistic hair goals. He recommended a new haircare routine to keep my hair health a priority with coloring and bleaching. He also recommended I get a quality haircut before our color appointment. This experience was nothing like I’ve had before. I was defeated, depressed, and my lifeless hair took over. Then by fate, a patient recommended Bex. I’ve suffered from hair loss related to nutritional deficiencies from gastric bypass. It has been a long road. Most of my hair fell out, what grew was minimal. What was left was repulsive. I’ve been wearing wigs some days, caps and hats other days, headbands, and eventually succumbed to it is what it is. I’ll never have my life back in my hair, my identity, or my femininity. EASILY the best haircut experience I had in a very long time. Candice took a lot of time to go over what I wanted- more than ANY stylist I can recall- and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. She and owner/stylist Becca have created a friendly and inviting salon and I can’t recommend them more enthusiastically.
