I should have written a review some time ago but I wasn’t doing FB back then. Some years ago I went into the Schenectady store to find a just a few square feet of tile for my sailboat galley. For such a tiny quantity I didn’t expect much help. Instead, a designer named Olga stopped what she was doing and greeted me. She spent time listening to what I wanted (and to my rambling on about my boat), helped figure out what would work best, and then helped me find it in the store. When a small-volume customer gets that kind of help, you know that any job will get top-grade service. If you need tile, go to the Schenectady store and ask for Olga Vilensky (if she’s still there). It’s been years now, but those little yellow tiles over the countertops still remind me sometimes of that day in the store. JV, Stockton Harbor Maine
