Jason went out of his way to meet us for a home inspection on a weekend. He knew we had a urgent deadline and he had a vacation coming up and he went out of his way to meet us on what should have been his personal time.
He's very determined and well informed. Upon arrival, he talked us through the inspection process and what to expect. He checked in with us periodically to explain his observations and how to proceed and answered any questions we had. We are first time home buyers, so we were very nervous about the process.

Jason was responsive, reassuring and so helpful in such a stressful time! The thorough and high-quality testing gave me the confidence to make some very important decisions about our living situation. I would highly recommend!
Jason was fantastic from the beginning! After another inspector did an inspection with incredibly high air quality report without explanation and then did not provide what I needed per NY State for an assessment for remediation only to disappear. Jason stepped in and gave me the best professionalism and expert service. Then to have my (VERY detailed) report come back well under the previous reporting of extremely bad air quality.
