This was one of the most misleading and unprofessional experiences I’ve had.
I booked through Groupon expecting a clear price, but once I arrived, the cost kept changing. I was told the lashes I chose were “more expensive” (not explained beforehand), then they charge me an extra $20 just for using a credit card, which was never disclosed.
On top of that, I felt pressured to leave a tip after all the confusion.
In the end, I was charged $160 for only 80 lashes, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of transparency and constant price changes felt deceptive.
This business needs to be upfront about their pricing instead of surprising customers at the end. I do not recommend this place at all.
That being said, I hope management takes this seriously and reaches out to make this right.

I love the way my eyelashes come out every time I have them done. The studio is clean and calm. I fall right to sleep during application. Scheduling is super easy and the staff is very accommodating. Tiffany is outstanding! I ask for her every time just because I love how she takes her time and works to make sure every lash is on perfectly.

i have been going here for over a year now and the experience i recently have was not appreciated i guess some staff is nicer and welcoming than others i know its a kind gesture to tip but if i finish my service and pay you in full and decided i don’t want to tip just this one time i don’t think i have to i think is was so rude for the guy to say excuse me miss you have to tip i consider that a demand and felt so ashame as other customers were there and by the way i don’t have to tip i just paid for my service cash in full i didn’t ask you for a discount or anything i think this guy is very rude and i didn’t like that you may never know what one is going through also the most important thing is that i paid you for my service.

I have been going here for nearly two years now! This is by far my favorite place to get my eyelashes done. They do such careful, detailed work every time that I often get asked if my extensions are my natural lashes. The pricing is fair, and the environment is so calm that I usually fall asleep. Everybody is always very sweet to each other and their clients. It’s easy to make and move around appointments, and they are always so accommodating. 10/10 in all aspects! 😁😁

Their work isn’t amazing or personalized as most places but they do a decent job. The first time you visit they are very nice and have a lot of hospitality but after that they treat you like just another number for the day. They get you in and they get you out. I started coming here 2 months ago and i’ve been a consistent customer coming in loyally every two weeks and as I approached my 5th appointment with them they cancelled my SCHEDULED appointment on the DAY OF simply because I didn’t respond to a confirmation text. Which makes no sense. If I told them to their face I will be there a certain day and time, the same way I have done in the past, why would I not show up when I have always shown up? To make matters worst, they gave my appointment away and was completely unwilling to give me my appointment by back. Could I have rescheduled? Absolutely, but it’s about principle to me. I don’t care how good a service or deal is, I refuse to spend my money where I am treated poorly especially when I have loyally spent money there. I won’t be returning here, the service and work isn’t even worth it. Their pricing is barely worth it.

I have been coming heee for several years. It is impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They do a great job and it doesn’t take very long. Highly recommend!!!
