Received a gift certificate for a couples massage at this location. No issue making an appointment or redeeming the certificate. Able to select female/male masseuse, which is appreciated. One of the best massages I've ever received. Everything was first class and professional. The locker room area is clean and the lockers seem secure. Comfortable robe and slippers. Waiting area is okay, but a little weird to wait with other random strangers to get called in. Massage began on time and the masseuse (I believe her name was Arlene) was friendly and gave great pressure. Can truly tell the difference in quality between this and any other random local spa. This spa is really nice. The staff is friendly and they see you in time! Locker rooms are clean and the massages are worth it! I already scheduled my next appointment on my way out! I recommend

Tranquility Spa is my favorite day spa. I have been a client for several decades and I have never had a disappointing massage or facial. The staff is professional, the locker room pristine and the environment is very conducive for relaxing. I highly recommend all their services.
