I cannot say enough good things about this place! I kept sending patients here and finally had a day to go and try it out myself. I have not felt this good in years! The cold plunge is amazing, the sauna after or before is wonderful and the shower divine. So clean and beautifully designed. I am going to make it a part of my life bc I cannot tell you how good I feel. Thank you body bar!

The vertical cold plunge at 32°F snapped me back in a way “refreshing” doesn’t even begin to cover.
