Synergy HomeCare was an answer to prayer when my loved one was at Calvary Hospital. Since I live an hour away, it was difficult to be there 7 days a week. With a loving CNA from Synergy, we could rest easy that our loved one was in good hands. The owner also personally introduced the aide to our loved one the first day and then paid another visit a few weeks later with a beautiful orchid. Having the owner so involved shows what a caring agency Synergy is. Thank you.

I cannot say enough positive things about Synergy and Terri. From my very first contact, Terri was incredibly professional, caring, and considerate, with thoughtful follow-up every step of the way. This was especially meaningful because this was our first experience working with an agency, and expectations were honestly not very high. Terri immediately put us at ease and exceeded those expectations in every possible way.
She has had several follow-up appointments with my mom and has truly developed an amazing relationship with her. It is clear that Terri genuinely cares, not just about doing her job well, but about the people she works with. Her compassion, patience, and consistency have made such a difference for our family. Synergy is very fortunate to have someone like Terri, and we are extremely grateful for her dedication and support. Thank you Terri & Synergy!

We have used another home service in the past. The differences are stark. The Synergy aides have been professional, caring and involved. Previous aides we not as good. Administratively Synergy has been great. If we needed an aide to fill inlSynergy provided the aid. Their billing was flawless The prior Service’s billing was very flawed.
