Shamrock CHIMNEY saved my Christmas. Fireplace broke on December 23rd. I called everyone. They were the only ones who answered. Came on the 24th, fixed the damper mechanism in 20 minutes, and only charged the standard service fee. My family was so happy to have a fire on Christmas Eve. Forever grateful. ??

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because they forgot to bring a drop cloth and got a few specks of soot on my white couch. They apologized and offered to pay for cleaning, but I said it's fine. Just something to be aware of. Work was otherwise great.
