Terrible customer service. Booked a special afternoon for my mom's birthday with her friends at the salon. Group of 6 so called a few times with changes and to confirm. Manager said " you call too much" " don't come here if you don't trust me". I was appalled. Our group ended up going because it was a special planned day and I couldn't find other options in short time and it was a birthday celebration For my mom. The services were actually great but will never go back . Rude treatment and spa experience just don't mix in my opinion. Sorry peony!

I call them at 6 and they were like ok come when I reach there they were like don’t come this time again and they charge me double so rude never recommend

I won't be returning to this salon after I went for a French Manicure on a Friday and it started peeling on Saturday, less than a day later. The owner is rude and charged me and extra five dollars for the longer lasting polish. They use cheap products - what a rip off!.

Great service, great attention to detail & very clean. I was the first one in & the owner was very nice.
Unfortunately I have to downgrade my review to 2 stars. I was told this gel powder manicure would last 3 weeks & the first chip was in 2 days. This is my manicure after 8 days. Will not be back.

The service here is awful compared to other salons in Scarsdale. The owner is always very short and rude with customers, the manicures and pedicures are rushed, and the end result does not last very long. Not worth the money.Services: Gel manicures

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and booked an appt because I was short on time. The manager sat me down with my feet soaked in water and left me there for over 20 min.Finally, a lady became free and came to do my nails but she was then told to attend to another customer who just walked in..Completely disrespectful and unprofessional..You dont do that to clients and so I walked out ! I would NOT recommend this place at all, especially considering that your charging over $65 dollars for nails !!!! Cant believe it!!! If you dont have time, then just be honest and dont ditch me for a regular customer..

I had higher hopes for this salon. Came for a gel manicure and they charged me an extra $10 for the manicure versus what was listed on the website. I'm asking fr... what is this? I went home and used my own gel products & lamp to fix it. These nails were beyond whack.
