Would not recommend I asked for a voluminous blowout and after attempting to style it with blow out brushes that kept falling out of my hair and onto the floor I walked out with straight hair no volume terrible blow out would not recommend... its been 2 days since they advised the manger has reached out and have yet to hear a word from them

I came here today with the intention of cutting my hair really short as I thought my hair was damaged and thinning as I am going through some health issue. My stylist Maria did an amazing job, not only did she help me but she gave my hair body and I couldn’t be happier! She did a beautiful job with my hair and I am so grateful for her service! I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family!

No idea why this place is open in Scarsdale. Styling is not good at all and on top of your membership there are employees harass you for tip. Wasnt satisfied with my services at all. Lady didn’t do a good job with washing and while my uber was waiting outside she was harassing me for tip.

I had a 9:15 AM appointment that I booked a week in advance&I arrived on time. Unfortunately, by 10:00 AM the salon doors were still locked with no communication or updates. I have currently been waiting outside for over almost a hour. Tried calling and received no response. I had an event scheduled for today, which is why I booked this appointment ahead of time ( a week ago) and I ultimately have to leave and go to a different salon last minute. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve gone to this salon before and always thought they were amazing, especially with how they do hair. That’s why I trusted them for today. I understand that delays can happen, but leaving clients waiting outside with no notice or contact is a really upsetting experience.

I worked for this salon and unfortunately had a very negative experience with management. After experiencing a work-related injury, I did not receive appropriate support, and shortly afterward the employer provided false information about my separation to the state, which caused an interruption in my unemployment benefits and created significant hardship for me and my children.
I eventually won my unemployment case, and the state confirmed that the employer’s statements were incorrect. However, the stress and financial impact during the period of misrepresentation were extremely difficult.
I am sharing this because transparency matters. I hope future employees and clients are treated with honesty, professionalism, and integrity. My experience did not reflect that.
