I have been doing my color and cut for over 20 years. Sandy is great, very accommodating and skillful. All the staff is attentive too. Highly recommend them!

I've debated writing this review for a few days. I thought about not writing it because the salon owner was very nice to me after my bad experience at this salon, but I've decided to write it so that I can possibly prevent other people from going through a bad experience as well. I went to Mike for what I wanted to be a small trim to fix a mistake in my haircut. I have fine unevenly curly/wavy hair. I went to Mike at the recommendation of my neighbor, whose hair looks very nice but is apparently not similar to mine, and she blows hers straight. I should have left right away when Mike didn't even want to look at my hair in its natural state before it got washed, but for some reason, I was a fool and let him ruin my haircut. He cut it wet and so fast without thinking. He didn't want to talk to me about what I wanted, but I did try my best to tell him that I didn't want a lot of short choppy layers, didn't want the bangs cut, and didn't want the back bottom thinned out and layered. Guess what I got? I got everything I didn't want. I knew right away that I hated it, so I told him. There was no way he could have gotten it right because he was in such a rush and didn't want to listen to what I wanted and just wanted to do what he wanted to do. This is everything I don't want in a hair stylist. The owner was very nice about it and didn't charge me and tried to make me feel better, although she did try to make me think that part of the problem was the way I was styling my hair, which totally wasn't true since I've always styled my hair the way I like it and have never hated a haircut this much. I did go back to the owner a few days later, and she tried to fix it a bit at no charge, which was very nice. Another stylist there agreed with me that the bangs were too short and disjointed (because they are curlier than the rest of my hair, and Mike cut them without taking that into consideration), but he also tried to tell me that my touching my hair was the problem when it wasn't because I always touch my hair to loosen the curl a bit to make it all flow together more since my curl pattern is very uneven, and this haircut made it so much worse. Anyway, I give Mike less than one star. He gave me the worse haircut of my life. I give the salon as a whole three stars because the owner was nice and tried to make me feel less awful about my messed up cut. The salon is clean and nice looking. I think it's fine for people who don't have naturally curly hair and want to wear it curly. It seems to serve an older clientele and isn't young and hip in its vibe. The parking lot is free and always has parking available. I wound up going to a curly hair specialist elsewhere to fix my haircut. Now the shape is much better but much shorter than I ever would have wanted, thanks to Mike. I definitely regret going to him. He's not for people who want their naturally curly hair to look natural and curly. He doesn't know how to cut curly hair at all.

I can’t say enough about the expertise, professionalism and talent that Rosalia has. I was a bride a little over a week ago and she was phenomenal. She did my hair, my moms, bridesmaids, maid of honors and matron of honors. We all gave her inspirational pictures and she exceeded our expectations. In such an important day, we all appreciated her personality, work and her focus to doll us all up. I highly recommend Rosalia and this salon.

Got my daughter her haircut and her first ever color and the experience was great. Rosario was very careful and patient with her and the results were amazing. The salon is nice and clean and is in the heart of the Golden horse shoe plaza. It's cash only which may be slightly inconvenient for some.
