I had been a loyal customer at Cozy Nails and always got excellent spa pedicures from Kim, but she was nothing and I had a spa pedicure in which my left leg was accidentally cut and bled for some time, but it was carefully cleaned and I paid for the pedicure and tipped the person who gave the pedicure. Unfortunately the scratch was deeper than thought and when I was able to go out after having a complicated hip replacement and stopped by to show that I still had a scab where I was cut, and said that in view of the injury I thought I should get a discount on my next pedicure. The manicure is beautiful and lasted very well so far, even with playing guitar and everything. Everyone was very kind and helpful even with my frustrating bad hearing, and it was wonderful.Service: Manicure
