She pays attention to form, gives thoughtful cues, and somehow knows exactly when to push you just a little more. I’ve seen such a difference in my strength and confidence. Natalya is a fantastic Pilates Instructor who always challenges you! She is very motivating and inspiring and is one of nicest people you will ever come across. Love all classes she teaches, especially her 1.5s. Natalya is a gem. I adore her!

Love Claudia’s, Gigi’s, and Donna’s classes. They push us and I feel great the next day. They’re fun, knowledgeable and great at what they do.
Leigh was phenomenal as well but she switched studios!
