When I booked the appointment online, I booked it as a gel manicure but wrote in the comment section that I had a hard gel manicure still that needed to be removed. I came to my appointment 15 minutes early mind you, and the girl at the front told me to pick a color right then and there. However, when she saw I had hard gel on my hands already, she quickly changed her mind and told me to sit with the nail tech in the far back. Her name was Sarah. The girl who greeted me at the front asked me what I wanted today and I explained that I wanted the old hard gel manicure removed and to just get a regular gel manicure. The girl proceeded to argue with me, saying it’s better if I just replace the hard gel color and not get a completely new manicure. I was flexible and said sure, if that’s easier. When Sarah removed only the color, she was surprised that the hard gel underneath was too fragile to withstand just a color replacement, and that the manicure would be too uneven. I agreed and said yeah that’s why I wanted to go back to regular gel, but then the front desk lady proceeds to tell me that it will be an additional $20 to take the hard gel completely off. So then I’m like, well in that case I just want a color replacement, but she continues to argue that that won’t be possible either. Here’s the kicker: I got this previous hard gel manicure here at this salon, so obviously they didn’t do a good job beforehand. So basically I’m forced to pay for something that was their mistake anyway. I would’ve been willing to let that go, except Sarah the nail tech was so aggressive with my hands the entire time. She hurt my nail beds multiple times with the electric nail filer that I jumped multiple times, which surprised her and made her jump too like she wasn’t the one causing the pain! And I kept apologizing for making her jump, even though I was the one in pain! I felt like she was beating my hands up! And the whole time she was blaming me for having thin nails “like paper.” When I tell you I was trying my hardest not to cry on the phone with my husband on the way home. I noticed immediately that the sides of some of my nails were bleeding and that my right thumb nail was filed unevenly. Then not even 2 days later, I have a chip on my right middle finger. And I tipped $20! Never going back there again, horrible horrible experience!

Been going to this Nail Salon since 2017, they are very friendly, professional, clean space, and do a great job. I've never been disappointed. I usually do SNS or gel, and get a pedicure. Great massages too!

This is my go to spot whenever I want to treat myself to a manicure. The staff helped me pick a color and took great care of my nails. She helped cut my nails, give it a new shape, advised me on my cuticles and provided a hand massage. She was so gentle yet meticulous with the polish. As I’m getting my nails dried, she also provided a great back massage. I left feeling super happy with my manicure. Thank you again!

Took my wife and mom to this place. They both left this place very unhappy with the service and treatment. Needless to say, I would give this establishment zero stars if possible, my loved ones came out as if they were robbed.

Came here with my mom to treat ourselves to a gel mani and pedi. The service was rushed and done impatiently. After specifically stating we wanted gel mani and pedi, the tech did not give either of us gel pedicures. When we pointed it out, my mother’s tech was displeased and abruptly and in a tough manner took off the nail color from her feet. We tried to speak to the manager to dispute the charge for my mother’s pedicure but we were rushed to pay and our concerns weren’t even addressed. We will not be coming back and don’t recommend anyone to come here if you want quality work or at least amicability.

My impromptu visit to Candis Nail & Hair turned out to be a fantastic find for a French power nails application. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that set the stage for an exceptional experience. My technician, Joanne, was nothing short of impressive. My daughter and I have been going to Candi's for about 2 years now. We've always enjoyed our manicures, whether regular or gel, and very much look forward to the pedicures. Everyone is very warm and welcoming, and the space is comfortable and very clean. It's a 20-minute drive from our house but we'll worth the time. I've taken my mom and my boyfriend there as well, and they both enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend.

I was able to get a full UV gel set and pedicure for myself and my bridesmaids. They were able to accommodate up without rushing and did a great job. We enjoyed the massages and attention to detail that was put into our manicure/pedicures.
