I started going to Hiromi 6 years ago and when I first discovered her services I drove almost an hour to the salon to get my lashes done. When I say it was worth it - IT WAS! Her attention to detail and professionalism are immaculate. Her beauty studio is so pretty, SUPER CLEAN, smells amazing and SUPER COMFORTABLE. When you enter you are greeted by Paige who is so sweet and friendly she will go over the contract and consent forms with you. It is a warm and friendly feeling as you enter. The brow room is very clean and spa like. Vivian is amazing!!! She is so sweet she makes you feel so welcome. She explained the different brows that can be done and we decided which would be best for me she explained step by step what she would be doing from educating me,mapping out my brows to get the correct shape, choosing the correct color and aftercare of the healing process.She also went over the other service her team offers from brows, lip blushing to tattoo hairline etc. I would highly recommend her and her team for all your permanent makeup needs.“
“I visited this beautiful spa a week ago, I walked in and the aroma hit me so hard, it smelled like roses and Lillie's! I instantly had to compliment Dr. Sarah on the aesthetics! I went in for a consultation for skin care, Dr Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, she explained everything to me in details and was sure to ask if I understood or if I had questions. After examining my area of interest she suggested a chemical peel and gave me information regarding the process. She also discussed a possible treatment plan for me for the next 6 months with possibilities of moving and shifting things around. During the consultation process,she demonstrated a facsimile of a different technique on each eyebrow so I could decide which was right for me.I decided to go with the ‘hairstroke’ or nanobrow technique [she is the only practitioner on the island to offer this at the time of writing]. She had a cancellation, so we did the procedure right then & there!The nanbrow technique was the right choice for me, as I wanted hyperrealistic brows. I am more in love with my results than I can describe.
