Lux Hair Studio is truly the best hair salon in the Hudson Valley! I've been going to Francine for many years and she is absolutely amazing. She's super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always provides the best service. Francine always listens, understands exactly what I want, and never disappoints. Her haircuts are always perfect, and I especially love the glossing treatments she does—my hair always comes out shiny, healthy, and beautiful.
I also really appreciate the Aveda products they use, which makes the whole experience even better. I'm a very loyal customer for a reason-highly recommend!
I have had dreadlocks for over 13 years, so this was my first haircut and style in a very long time. Francine was absolutely amazing! She was able to quickly tell what style would look good on me and what styles my hair would naturally hold.
When I did my hair the next morning, everything just fell into place with very little effort - now that’s a good cut and style.

I highly recommend Ancolie and Jewels to do hair and makeup for your wedding day! I had my bridal hair and makeup trial with Ancolie and she was amazing! She really listened to what I envisioned and made it happen! On the day of the event Ancolie and Jewels arrived early and made sure everyone’s hair and makeup were perfect!! They did beautiful work, and our hair and makeup stayed all day and all night long! They are both wonderful to work with!
