Don’t judge a book by its cover. This place is fantastic. I have been to several eye doctors over the years yet Walmart tops them all.
Dr Harbeck was pleasant and courteous. I did not have to hassle with a ton of paperwork or waiting with a ton of people. Walmart has a really wide selection of glasses and I got mine in about 10 days. The glasses were exactly what I expected and Amy the eye tech definitely enjoys her job. Amy was the first person I spoke to on the phone and explained everything and promptly got back to me when an issue arose. Excellent service from Beverly. She was terrific. Great choice of frames. I found nothing I liked at Clifton Park but many at SaratogaDid I already say how fantastic Beverly is. I would return again. The glasses were in quickly too. Pleasantly surprised on all levels.
This was definitely the best eye exam experience ive ever had. Everyone was very helpful, and the doctor was so knowledgeable and informative. I 100% recommend this place to anyone, especially if you dont have vision insurance. $80 for an eye exam and the frames start at less than $10! Seriously, SO awesome. Thank you guys so much!
