I had a luxury handbag that needed repair - zipper seemed broken. The handbag company was going to charge me several hundred dollars to get it repaired. I brought it to Spa Garment Care and within 5 minutes, the kind woman had fixed the issue with no charge! I couldn’t believe it and am very grateful for the professional, honest and prompt service.

I used their service for alteration and for cleaning my fur and leathers respectively. There was a problem with the latter. In this day and age when many businesses are taking advantage of clients by using the excuse of “pandemic” for subpar results, I was more than astounded and deeply grateful for Mr. Tom Nigro’s resolution to our dispute in the cleaning of my white leather 911 Memorial coat. Mr. Nigro was above all, professional, knowledgeable of the leather cleaning process, sympathetic to my situation, and a good businessman. I was so pleased to find a location that could not only do pick up at my home for dry cleaning but also take care of shoe repair and tailoring. They were fast, professional and the very affordable. Spa Garment is now my go-to spot!
