Needed heel tips put on a pair of leather mules. I'm guessing this is a fairly simple repair and a common thing that needs replacing to make shoes useable again. Walked in and there is a sign on the counter - minimum price for a shoe repair $35. I would have overpaid $20 for the repair because I like the shoes and they are leather. I guess they only want to repair Louboutin's. So much for sustainability and conservation.
I had a luxury handbag that needed repair - zipper seemed broken. The handbag company was going to charge me several hundred dollars to get it repaired. I brought it to Spa Garment Care and within 5 minutes, the kind woman had fixed the issue with no charge! I couldn’t believe it and am very grateful for the professional, honest and prompt service.
I wouldn’t recommend. Although they were quick to hem my dress, they could have been more helpful when dropping it off and it was incredibly expensive for the getting a dress hemmed and not the best quality I’ve seen.
