Had to bring a HUGE, HEAVY and cumbersome safe to them to unlock. It was a tough one with digital keypad that did not work due to low battery even though there were keys.
After much pounding with hammer and crow bar two Saratoga Springs employees had success.
Was very happy with them, as my brother had passed away and were looking for a will or whatever was stored for safekeeping.
Was delighted that there was no fee involved and I am very grateful for the service.
