This company deserves praise and recognition. Had to bring a HUGE, HEAVY and cumbersome safe to them to unlock. It was a tough one with digital keypad that did not work due to low battery even though there were keys. After much pounding with hammer and crow bar two Saratoga Springs employees had success. Was very happy with them, as my brother had passed away and were looking for a will or whatever was stored for safekeeping. Was delighted that there was no fee involved and I am very grateful for the service. Thank you!
Locksmith Chris came to fix our lock the same day we called for service. He arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Even insisted on sweeping the floor after fixing our disintegrated lock. I highly recommend JPM for your lock repair and install needs!
I was having a real problem with my First Alert Safe. Kyle Frueh the Operations Supervisor JPM Lock and Security got back to me and gave me options - anyway got the safe opened- thanks Kyle.
