I called in this morning for a delivery to a family member at Saratoga Hospital. Jan answered the phone herself and we worked together to create something unique and fun!
Jan was spot on with her suggestions that included flower type and color choices . She was caring, took the time to understand my needs and even sent me a pic before she delivered to make sure I was satisfied.
Delivery was very quick and the arrangement traveled well. Jan helped my family deliver a WOW Factor to a family member to show how much we all cared about her.
My family and myself are all very thankful for Jan’s creativity & outstanding customer service! We will order again! Thank you!

I had a special floral project needed for a Skidmore event. I was so pleased with the friendly service. Paulina checked in several times and we coordinated effortlessly. I could not have had a better experience. They are now my go-to florists.

I believe it was Paulina that helped me assemble a vase of flowers for my partner for Mother's Day. She was very gracious with some specific requests (pet safe flowers) and took great care with the arrangement. All of this on zero notice and complete with help getting them safely into the car. I would recommend this florist for anyone in the market!
