This was a wonderful learning opportunity. First I had an intake meeting with Laura, and she was very helpful since I wasn't sure where to begin. The Pranayama course with Sanjay was my first experience learning about Hatha Yoga, and the classes were very detailed and thorough without being overwhelming for a beginner. I definitely recommend!

I love this place. I had so much stiffness in my back and shoulders. My posture is atrocious. I went to the IYA for an Ayurveda massage. I don't know what Sanjay did, but my pain is gone. I'm standing straighter and taller. I can't recommend this place enough. Wonderful people, gifted at their crafts.

I had an amazing Ayurvedic massage with Mel. She worked with me on my shoulder and my ankle I had sprained in 2020 and still fills tight. After every session with Mel I fell like a new woman. Her knowledge about the body is so vast. Can't wait till next time, when needed.
