This was my first experience purchasing a new construction home. I am very happy with the results. From the realtor, Katie, who showed me the home to the selections manager, Mary, site manager Tom and Diana, the administrative representative, I received what I believe to be the among the best guidance offered for how to get what you want and need in a new home. They are each very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions for how to maintain a new home from the start. In Spring 2021, we had major renovations on our condo in Saratoga Springs NY. The kitchen, and one of three bathrooms were completely redone. Two other bathrooms and selected floors were partially redone.
