I recently took the MSF course in Sanborn, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially for beginners like myself. Ken, our instructor, was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive, creating a welcoming environment where everyone felt comfortable and encouraged to learn. I don’t typically write online reviews, but I wanted to write one about my experience at the Sanborn location MSS 2-day licensing course. After a bad experience at the other location, that I reported and was supported through by staff at MSS, I decided to try the course again at the Sanborn location. I had considered giving up and bailing on the class several times prior to taking it over this weekend out of fear that I would run into similar issues with staff or I would feel like a failure again.

Me and my friend took the licensing course a month ago. Sue and gin were our instructors and they did a fantastic job. 10/10 would take the class again if they were the instructors and will recommend to my friends as well. Thank you again sue and gin!
