Very very friendly! They went over and beyond to make our prom flowers more than perfect!! They also made them on the fly, just to save us a trip from Perrysburg! I highly recommend going there! 5+ stars from us in Perrysburg!!

Horrible!! Spent $260 on a Peace Lilly and flower arrangement for a family member's funeral. Had special notes requested for the cards. When they were dropped off at the church, there were no cards on either arrangement. The 2nd day being at the church, the leaves turned black on the Peace Lilly. Nobody knew who the arrangements were from and it was only through process of elimination they knew the arrangement that said brother were from my mom and dad. The one that said uncle, nobody knew who it was from as there are many nieces and nephews. Family members arrived at the church before anyone else and took photos of all the plants and flowers with the cards so they knew who to send thank you notes to. The Peace Lilly to our uncle was supposed to include my brother's name from heaven, too. So upsetting that our family was disrespected in such a way appearing as we did not send any flowers. When I called Amy, one of the owners, to let her know, she insisted they had put cards on them but I had photos and witness statements that there were none on either. I even sent her the photos with texts that said neither had cards when they arrived at the church. She refused to believe me. When I told her about the leaves turning black the next day, she accused us of taking the plant out in the cold. It never left the church. The card was also supposed to have said who the plant was to go to. She basically called me a liar and refused to apologize or accept responsibility or accountability. Never once did the owners say they were sorry for our loss to any of the many family members who purchased flowers from them for the funeral. The mother was actually very rude to a couple of my family members when they went to their shop. Never offered their condolences for their loss either. So disrespectful and very heartbreaking! We will never use them again and would tell anyone planning to use them to go anywhere else but there! Horrible customer service and very disrespectful, rude and never once offering their condolences or apologizing for their mistake. Shameful!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Swan Street Florist and especially Brooke! I went in feeling a little unsure and overwhelmed about what I wanted, but Brooke took the time to meet with me and asked so many thoughtful questions to really understand my vision. She made the entire process feel easy and exciting instead of stressful.
The final arrangements were exactly what I wanted, honestly even better than I imagined. Everything was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully put together. You can tell how much care and attention to detail went into every piece.
Brooke and the team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and exactly what I hoped for. I felt so listened to and taken care of from start to finish. I would recommend Swan Street Florist to anyone looking for stunning flowers and exceptional service. Thank you, Brooke, for such an incredible experience!

Did an online order for over $100 for my sister’s birthday including a $15 delivery fee and the flower order was never delivered. I now can’t reach the company despite showing that it’s open. Called both numbers on the website and one was out of service. The other rings and rings until I get hung up on. Plan on disputing with my CC. Seems maybe they aren’t able to handle online orders.

EDIT: I finally heard back from the owner’s daughter and they were very accommodating and felt terribly for the missed order. Updating review to 4 stars for the consideration. Offered me a credit but I’d already disputed with my CC.

Highly recommend Amy, Brooke and the group! Very communicative, through photos and conversation, they executed our vision beautifully! Suggesting ideas and options, showing us what they had available in line with my ideas.
And yes, in the photos, you'll see a light up flower ball hanging from the crane hook! Excellent and beautiful experience.

I ordered two corsages for my sons’ homecoming dates, and I was very disappointed with the quality. The white roses had a yellow tint, and the other flowers were wilted and torn. Glitter was sprayed on to try to cover up how poor of shape they were in.

Unfortunately, they’re the only florist in town, so many people feel stuck giving them business. After talking with other moms, I learned several of them were also unhappy with their corsages and boutonnières. One even had to take hers to another florist to have it redone.

I’ll gladly drive an hour next time before ordering from here again.

Swan Street Florists just did my wedding this weekend and I couldn’t be happier! They took my vision and were able to interpret it from my inspiration photos and the zoom meetings we had and were able to make recommendations on what florals were in season, would fit my vision and work within my budget. They created my bouquet, center pieces, boutonnières and created a beautiful floral arch.My florals were delivered and set up the morning of my wedding taking all of that stress away. I highly recommend working with Brook and Amy at Swan Street. Thank you so much for all of your help and professionalism to make my vision of my perfect wedding come true!
