Love this gym. It’s never really packed somehow and it’s always clean. You don’t ever have to wait on machines for too long if someone is using it. There’s also a private room that you can workout in that has a projector with tons of classes to do. It’s also open 24/7 which is great. You can come and go and not be bothered at all. The owner is also very nice as well.
The owner joe is a down to earth guy really helpful gym is clean if you’re looking for a place to get in an actual workout this is the place not planet fitness and all the other chain gyms
Good place to go and get some exercise. I like the Tred Mills the best. We have a membership so it is nice to go down anytime you want to use it. We will use it more as time goes on.
