You will never have a bad experience at this place. I’ve been here on and off over the years and they always do the right thing. We got glasses at BJ’s several years ago and this place fixed the prescription. We tried another optometrist in Port, Washington and I never loved the frames so I came back here and as usual, they fixed it. I got an adjustment to my prescription and frames that I love. My 12 year old son just got his first prescription from a pediatric eye specialist and it wasn’t right. I wasn’t thrilled with that place so I brought him here. This was my first time to Roslyn Eye Care and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I felt very welcome there as a new customer. Kevin F. helped me select a pair of frames that worked with the shape of my face, as well as my budget. I drove up from the South Shore and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this optical facility.
