This dry cleaners I do not recommend my $2,000 dollars gown was ruined! It was done deliberately! I went back to speak to one of the employees and was told a few different lies. First she had said I pulled it with my evening bag and the best was when she said, I brought it to a different dry cleaners, when on the plastic bag with the paper on top said, Manor on it! I could not believe my ears! I wanted to scream! Horrible! I'm going to make a complaint with the better business bureau.

I was a good customer, spending an average of $100 aweek. I brought I a sheer scarf that cost $300 that I wore once. I got the scarf back with holes everywhere and folded inside on the hanger. When I brought it back the owner said it was a delicate scarf and they can't be responsible. He didn't deny that ruined it. I asked why he didn't say that when I brought it in. He didn't answer. Wish I had known they would not be responsible or say they didn't clean some things. They also lost a skirt of mine over the summer & kept insisting i picked it up. But didn't have anything showing i did.

They asking me to pay in cash. minimum $20 for credit card purchase? I could understand $10 minimum bc there are many businesses set for $10, but I don’t think that $20 is even legal. I told them there is no sign of the minimum payment and he told me back “We don’t put that sign” what kind of business mind is this. I won’t return to this store.
