We called Mr. Hunt to discuss a pre-inspection for a house we are selling. After several minutes of answering our questions over the phone HE said he didn't think we needed the inspection potentially saving us hundreds of dollars. THAT'S integrity very much appreciated!!! Jonathan Hunt inspected my potential purchase if a vacation home in upstate N.Y.. He was very courteous and considerate to all involved. He did a thorough and detailed inspection of the home. He was very professional and drafted a very detailed report of his findings. I was very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him.

Jonathan was incredible with our home inspection. On time, thorough, professional, and with impeccable integrity. We truly feel that if there was anything to find, he found it and documented it completely. After the inspection he sat down with us and explained everything in layman’s terms. 12 hours later we had the electronic copy detailing everything. Highly recommended for the service and value.
