The shop is clean and spacious but the price to get your hair braided is very high. Have to give compliment to girl who did my hair though. She was very gentle with hair and the end result was great.

Yesterday was my first time ever that I’ve gone to an African braiding shop because I always felt that $200-$400 was extreme for something I thought was a simple thing to do BUT after going here and actually being taught why it costs to have this done professionally and truly understanding I WILL always go here to get my braids done. They’re so friendly and fast I would not consider going anywhere else. What drew me in was learning about the African culture which has been what I’ve been researching for a long while and these ladies have truly opened my eyes to understanding my culture. I truly thank the ladies who work here for teaching and answering all my questions without haste. This is definitely my home for braiding my hair. Learning something could never have a price tag. I was happy to pay for my style AND IT LOOKS GREAT!!!

I went to Bea's salon and she was very nice and very honest. I started growing my hair back after having it shaved for 4yrs and was hoping to get a specific braiding style. This was my first time ever getting hair extensions so I didn't know what to expect and wanted to make sure I was going to be in the hands of someone who is experienced and can be trusted with my hair. After showing Bea the style, she was very honest in saying that my hair needs to grow a little more in order for her to do it very neat and for the style to last as long as it should. She easily could have just taken my money and ran with it but she DIDN'T. She truly cares about her work. I ended up doing box braids instead which came out extremely neat. Originally I wanted a middle part. After leaving the salon and no longer wanting the middle part and wanting a side part instead which shaped my face better, I called Bea and she had me come in the very next day to redo a few braids to place them on the other side to achieve the side part (NO CHARGE)! She even re-arranged my hair jewelry. I've been getting tons of compliments on my hair! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Extremely professional. Even more satisfied than I thought I would be :)
