I visited this store by accident because I'm looking for a new look in 2024. Marla stopped what she was doing and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond her duties and after having a conversation with her I've decided to purchase all of my beauty products from Hope Beauty Supply. I will also refer this store to all my friends.

I called the store because I was looking for something specific. I spoke with Marla who is such a beautiful person. She went above and beyond to help me. I traveled a good distance to get to the store. What I needed they had it. I wish there were more people in the world like Marla. She deserves a raise. The way she was helping me and the other customers is amazing. I will definitely travel to this store again. ???

I always receive excellent customer service when I visit Hope Beauty Supply. There is a worker there by the name of Marla who always helps and does an excellent job of making it feel like a safe consuming environment.
