Went for a last min Blow out.very clean and friendly and willing to help in pinch.I wasn't thrilled with my blow out, but It saved me from having to do it.i was looking for more volume/bounce it was blown straight, My natural state of hair

I brought my minor daughter here to get her hair dyed blonde. They wouldn’t let me in the salon with her. When I received the call to come back in I saw my daughters hair was orange and there was bleach all over her shirt. The owner will not give me a refund and is actually trying to paint herself as the victim. Saying my review and posting pictures of the service we received is a threat.

We wanted blonde hair, got orange. They wouldn't let me in with my 11 yo but they got bleach all over her shirt. Charged me $200 for this.

I used to go here back in the late 90's when I delivered pizza for NYPD next door. Got my hair cut and tips frosted. Sheema is one of the nicest people I've met. Glad to see they are still in business!

Update: been over 4 years and I've been living in NYC and I STILL cannot find someone who makes my brows look nearly as good as Neda does (excuse my spelling of her name in my previous review). She really is the best and I've realized I have to travel 1.5 hrs to LI just to get my brows done. If you're anywhere in the vicinity of this place & care about your brows, GO HERE!!!
