Opened our pool today after having them "close it" in October. We would've been better off leaving the cover off.
First, they showed up late, hours late, in the pitch black. My husband had to provide extra lighting for them so they could work. They rushed through whatever they did do.
Fast forward to today when we removed the loop-loc to our black slime, (not green water) filled pool that smells like there may be a dead body lurking somewhere in the deep end. (It's probably covered in the amoebas that are swimming all over, if it's down there).
They definitely did not use any chemicals or the right amount, if they did. Never again.

I worked with this co many years with no issues but the last few years have not been good. They seem to always find something broken when they open my pool each year which of course costs more money. At closing, everything is fine, but somehow when they open the pool, something is invariably broken. They will only accept cash even from customers like myself who paid by CC and never had an issue. They are not responsive when there's an issue. Last year they raised prices for the first time in a while, but raised them even higher this year. This year I was told that the owner took a step back, there was only 1 tech to make any repairs, and the bills have a new name, Rubber Ducky Pools. Who is that? I have no idea. Their trucks are old and leak oil all over my driveway, when you mention it they shrug. Their new receptionist is not friendly at all, never a hello or goodbye. They used to have a really wonderful, friendly woman making the appointments. No one ever answers the phone and you will await a long time for a return call. They charged me $45 to replace my filter basket. I got the same one for $20 at the pool store and Amazon has it for $10. All in all, please stay away. I'm glad to move in from this disaster.

Do not use them ... Scammers. guys came to Open my pool and we're telling me how all the equipment looks great ( which it was) until they told me a part was broken. 5 min after I walked away. Then they charged me tax when I paid cash!!. Didn't do anything except hose down my filter and pull the cover off. I spent the rest of they doing the rest. What a pain. Do not recommend.
