I had a gas boiler and hot water heater installed on February 24. The crew arrived promptly at 9:30 and worked continuously for 3.5 hours removing the old units and installing the new ones. They were very friendly and courteous and kept everything clean and protected in the areas they worked. Overall they did an excellent job and I was very happy with the installation.

I recently used Burner King for a full natural gas conversion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jennifer in the office was outstanding—professional, responsive, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. She kept everything moving smoothly, coordinated the National Grid gas line installation, handled the town permits, and made sure the scheduling and communication were seamless.
