Fricke Memorials, Inc. is a business that provides calm, kind, and compassionate service during difficult times. The staff, including Maureen, Karen, and Venus, are wonderful assets who are patient, sympathetic, and professional. They help families with heartbreaking decisions for headstones, ensuring the memorial is exactly what the family wanted. When a headstone was believed to be installed in the wrong spot, Maureen called back first thing in the morning and sent someone to the cemetery to check. It was found that an excavation company had moved the temporary grave marker, not Fricke. Maureen was a calm, professional, supportive presence as the issue was navigated. The staff communicate effectively and timely with updates, even allowing families to see the stone prior to installation. They deliver on promised installation dates. Fricke also helped with a headstone for a cat, utilizing a cut stone to add additional designs. The staff are very nice and do a great job. Customers are forever grateful and recommend Fricke time and time again. The headstones are beautiful.

I can't say enough good things about this business. My family suffered the loss of our mom spring of 2025. We purchased her headstone from Fricke. Maureen specifically was calm, kind and compassionate. When the headstone was installed we believed it was installed in the wrong spot one plot to the right. Needless to say we were very upset. I called and left a voicemail for Fricke. Maureen called me back first thing in the morning. They had sent someone to the cemetery to check on it. She apologized and told me they would make it right.
