The staff were professional and courteous. It was appreciated that they arrived quickly. In addition they assessed the problem and kept me informed throughout the process. Glad this was my chosen provider.
I needed a new hot water heater because my old one leaked all over the place. John Jr came as an emergency call on Saturday July 18th and shut the heater off and did what he could. On Tuesday July 21st Conor and Josh came to install the new heater. I live in a co-op and the heater is located under the kitchen counter top between cabinets. They had to pull out one section of cabinets and the stove to have room. They were here 6hrs in total removing the old heater and installing the new one. All 3 plumbers were professional and courteous and honest. I would use Everything Plumbing and Heating again if the need arises. Thank you very much
