I had a tremendous experience with this inspection company. Recommended by my realtor so it was an easy choice but it was only reaffirmed when Jim got to the house. I asked Jim to be extremely thorough as this was a new build with a history of fire etc, he made sure to give it the most thorough examination he could. I felt Jim didn’t cut any corners and was extremely thoughtful and kind when explaining the nuances of what he was looking at to me. I will be requesting a return for the punch list he outlined as I am more confident in his assessment than my own.I would continue to do business with this company as well as keep requesting Jim for any assessments of this... read full review

Joel with Eagle eyes was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was EXTREMELY thorough, attentive to detail and as polite as can be. He took his time and spent over two hours looking over every inch of the home I’m buying and saw things that I may not have seen myself. Couldn’t be happier with the experience
