Now that the dust has settled post-move, I just wanted to thank Kathy for helping us get an appointment to our new home during a heatwave! Plus, Matteo was excellent from greeting to goodbye. I WISH ALL OF MY SERVICE APPOINTMENTS were so enjoyable beginning-to-end. I would highly recommend them!!!

Updated 10/21/2025 - Needed another visit ASAP. Accu got me in right away, solved my furnace issue, and did so with a smile.

I was at first impressed by this company, I saved the first review below, because it still stands that they gave excellent service. However it has been about a year and a half, and now my system is having issues. I was just told that the damper no longer works, and even though it is apparently covered under warranty, the labor is not covered, and there is a warranty fee! it will cost just under $300 to fix some thing on this brand new unit.

I understand that Accutemp does not manufacture these units, they are however in control of which companies to purchase equipment from. I am pretty nervous about what the future will bring with this unit,...read full review

Great customer service always assists when I call the service number to schedule appointments . The technician Matteo is very professional friendly arrives on time , thorough & an asset to accu temp. Matteo is very helpful and works very hard to find the issue and resolve the problem and explains. the issues that may have occurred with my hearing ac system. Great job Matteo
